Pricing · three tiers

Three ways to work with us.

Every engagement ships the six standard modules — booking, memberships, gift cards, reviews, multi-location support, and a guaranteed 95+ PageSpeed score. What changes between tiers is scope, timeline, and how deep we go on brand and content.

Before the call

The things people ask first.

N°01 What's actually included in the six standard modules?

Booking (native or CRM-embedded), memberships with recurring billing, gift cards, patient reviews with schema, multi-location support, and the PageSpeed-95-or-we-rebuild-it guarantee. Every tier ships all six. Tiers differ on how deep we go on each — Standard applies your existing brand, Professional rebuilds brand and content alongside, Enterprise adds multi-location architecture and custom SLAs.

N°02 Why subscription pricing instead of one-time?

Both are available. Monthly covers hosting, monitoring, small content updates, and ongoing refinement. Lump-sum gets you to full ownership with source code transferred at launch. Lump and monthly are priced so that after roughly 15 to 18 months the monthly path costs more — intentionally. We'd rather earn the ongoing relationship than price to favor churn.

N°03 How long from signed agreement to launch?

Standard: 4 weeks. Professional: 6 weeks. Enterprise: scoped per group, typically 8 to 12 weeks. Add two weeks if copy or photography is still in progress when we kick off. Rush delivery (+25%) can compress Standard to 2 weeks and Professional to 3, queue permitting.

N°04 Do we own the site if we choose the subscription path?

You own your content, brand, and domain from day one. Source code transfers at launch on the lump path, or at any time on the monthly path by paying the ownership buy-out ($10,000 on Standard, $13,500 on Professional, $18,000 on Enterprise). No lock-in on registrars, no proprietary CMS holding content hostage.

N°05 What do you say no to?

New practices with no revenue history yet — a site won't fix product-market fit. Owners shopping on price alone at template-tier budget. Projects that need more than the six modules without a clear business reason. We'd rather route you to a good Squarespace template than take a build that won't return the investment.

N°06 Can we move between tiers after launching?

Yes. Upward moves (Standard to Professional, Professional to Enterprise) are quoted at the delta between tiers plus any net-new scope. Downward moves drop your retainer at the next renewal; the site itself doesn't change.
