What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard uses a professional template-based design with a budget designer. Premium gets you a fully custom design from a premium designer, double the monthly update hours (4 vs 2), monthly strategy reviews instead of quarterly, and same-day priority support. Both include the same 95+ PageSpeed guarantee and ownership path.
How does ownership work?
Every subscription dollar goes toward owning your website. Once your total payments reach $6,500, we transfer full ownership — source files, design files, everything. At $400/month that's about 16 months, at $500/month it's about 13 months. Or pay the lump sum and own it immediately.
What's the build fee?
Annual agreement clients pay $0 build fee — it's waived. Month-to-month clients pay a $2,000 one-time build fee to protect both of us, with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Do add-ons count toward ownership?
Add-ons are billed separately and don't count toward your ownership threshold. However, when you reach ownership, everything — including any add-ons you purchased — transfers to you.
What happens after I own my site?
You can manage it yourself, or continue with our optional $200/month management retainer which includes hosting, security updates, up to 3 hours of edits per month, and quarterly strategy reviews. Cancel the retainer anytime.
